1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using TinyZy in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the service

You may use TinyZy to shorten URLs, track link analytics, generate QR codes, and manage custom domains. You agree not to use the service to:

Distribute spam, malware, phishing content, or illegal material.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the platform.
Impersonate any person or entity.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@tinyzy.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Intellectual property

All TinyZy content, trademarks, and software are owned by TinyZy or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you link to; by using our service you grant us a limited licence to process and store that content to provide the service.

5. Paid plans and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced at status.tinyzy.com.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyZy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes by email or in-app notice.
